About Leadership

Jose Vargas is a seasoned leader, trainer, and strategist with over two decades of experience
developing people and high performing teams across government, business and nonprofit
sectors. As a former United States Secret Service Officer, Jose served with excellence and
distinction, leading and protecting at the highest levels of government. Following his service,
he became a small business owner and Pastor, where he leaned into his calling to develop
leaders who thrive. Jose’s diverse background spanning federal law enforcement, executive
leadership and organizational development- uniquely equips him to understand and meet
complex leadership and training needs of both government agencies and privateorganizations.
